Project management assistance for project implementation

As part of the decentralized cooperation between the cities of Lille and Nablus in Palestine, the Nablus Boulevard project involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site located in the center of the city of Nablus. The project includes:

  • Rehabilitation of a 4.5-hectare brownfield into an urban park
  • Rehabilitation of three buildings (former power plant) to house:
    • Cultural spaces (theater, exhibition hall)
    • Spaces related to entrepreneurship and innovation (“Nabtech”)
  • Creation of a Project House:
    • Place for information and citizen participation
    • Place for exchanges and socialization
    • Mobile, itinerant Project House

Challenges

An Innovative Urban Project in Palestine

This project is the first urban initiative in Palestine to implement a public consultation process and to integrate major public spaces and facilities, both cultural and economic, under a comprehensive urban approach.
