As part of the decentralized cooperation between the cities of Lille and Nablus in Palestine, the Nablus Boulevard project involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site located in the center of the city of Nablus. The project includes:
- Rehabilitation of a 4.5-hectare brownfield into an urban park
- Rehabilitation of three buildings (former power plant) to house:
- Cultural spaces (theater, exhibition hall)
- Spaces related to entrepreneurship and innovation (“Nabtech”)
- Creation of a Project House:
- Place for information and citizen participation
- Place for exchanges and socialization
- Mobile, itinerant Project House
