Working on projects of all sizes and scales, we coordinate all those involved, offering a complete range of services, from initial strategy to operational management of studies and works. With over 200 employees with diverse backgrounds based in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux and La Réunion Island, our team offers multidisciplinary expertise that guarantees the success of every project.

Our 3 Business Divisions: Infrastructure and Mobility, Building and Real Estate, Cities and Territories

Each of these divisions is responsible for the vertical management of all its activities, supported by employees based across our various sites. These departments enjoy relative autonomy and are responsible for operational development and capitalizing on specific know-how in their respective fields. They are responsible for enhancing our visibility and attractiveness, while coordinating the implementation of our overarching strategic plan.

Our Regional Operational Divisions and our office outside mainland France form the core of our local presence. Multi-disciplinary and action-oriented, these regional teams are responsible for developing our business in their respective regions and carrying out the assignments entrusted to us by our local clients. They are supported by the Business Divisions to ensure effective coordination for all business interfaces, guaranteeing integrated, tailor-made solutions.

Our support functions team

Alongside our operational structure, our team is supported by a set of essential support functions. From human resources to communications and legal affairs, not forgetting administrative and financial management, capitalization, quality and corporate social responsibility, our support teams ensure smooth, efficient coordination between the various operational teams.
