This goes far beyond simple construction or reconstruction. It’s a commitment to our planet and to future generations. Two emblematic projects embody this vision. Firstly, we are actively working on the development of a carbon calculation tool upstream of the programming phases. Right from the start of a project, it enables us to assess which real estate scenario has the lowest carbon footprint. At the same time, we have created a project management support mission focusing on the circular economy and on-site reuse. We are currently involved in a pilot project in Hauts-de-Seine (92). This innovative approach aims to maximize the reuse of building materials and components. These projects reflect our commitment to sustainability. They testify to our determination to innovate and build a future where our achievements are not limited to physical structures, and embody our desire to embody our Engineers & Citizens initiative.
