The Office de l’eau Réunion, a local public establishment attached to the Département de La Réunion, is planning to build its new head office in Saint-Paul, in order to centralize staff, create a coherent layout on the site (adjoining the Irrigation technical center) and develop its activities.
The building will accommodate 58 people over a floor area of 1,081 m², with offices, a 150-person auditorium, technical and scientific workshops, etc. The project also includes landscaping, a parking area and the roadworks required for the project. The project will follow an environmental performance standard, inspired by the requirements of the HQE standard and its addendum for French overseas departments, without seeking certification.
Our missions for the Office de l’Eau de la Réunion
The Office de l’Eau has entrusted setec organisation with a project management mandate for the construction of its headquarters, and has delegated the following tasks in particular:
- Drafting of contract documents for all consultations required for the project (project management, intellectual service providers, etc.);
- Award, signature and management of project management contracts, payment of project managers’ fees;
- Preparation for selection, award, signature and management of damage insurance contract;
- Follow-up of studies;
- Award, signature and management of works and supply contracts, payment of remuneration to contractors and suppliers, acceptance of works;
