The five years of the 2019-2023 strategic plan have been marked by rapid growth in the company’s headcount and sales, requiring constant adaptation. Significant progress has been made in areas such as capitalization, international development, digitalization and career management. The company has strengthened its commitments and diversified its actions to be closer to the regions, while innovating in the organization of work, notably telecommuting. It has maintained a parity-based workforce, promoted equal pay and inclusion, and supported its employees, particularly in terms of childcare.
The 2024-2026 strategic plan aims to make setec organisation a modern, responsible company in tune with today’s societal challenges. Faced with environmental issues and interconnected crises, the company must act and evolve to meet the new expectations of its employees and contribute to a sustainable living environment.
It is this drive, rooted in our shared values and giving purpose to our corporate mission, that guides our development. It compels us to make choices and investments for both the present and the future, but above all, it concretely reflects our commitment to corporate responsibility.

To address and continue to make progress on climate, environmental and ecological transitions, we will strengthen our position as main coordinator of multi-disciplinary expertise, consolidate our partnerships and, of course, develop our own skills.
These are the conditions that will enable us to evolve, or even change, our approaches, methods and practices in the field of project management, in favor of taking ever greater account of environmental issues in our assignments, whether they involve upstream or operational support.
The objective of this strategic plan is to organize and formalize existing collaborative practices, adapting them to the size of the company and the expectations of our clients. We aim to provide our clients with comprehensive expertise derived from the cross-sharing of knowledge within our various teams.
We also seek to effectively integrate specialized internal or external expertise into our projects, enabling us to address the complex challenges of ongoing transitions. To achieve this, we will enhance collaboration across the company’s activities, improve internal information flow, and invigorate our working methods.
We are implementing a digital transformation strategy. The goal is to save time and enhance quality in our daily operations by digitizing processes and reporting. We also aim to better leverage past projects and proposals by developing innovative solutions that use AI tailored to our specific fields.
Additionally, we will differentiate ourselves by deploying sustainable and enhanced project management solutions across three dimensions: environmental, digital, and collaborative.
Our approach is in line with the setec Group’s Transitions 2025 plan, and more specifically with its Manifesto for Decarbonized Mobility. It reflects the Engineers & Citizens spirit of our teams, who wish to contribute fully to finding solutions to the challenges posed by climate change and energy transitions currently underway.
We have two objectives for 2024 – 2026: to consolidate our position as prime contractor on projects that make sense for tomorrow’s mobility, and to broaden our practices and skills to innovate and best meet the expectations of project owners.
Our priorities for 2024-2026 are to support our clients in addressing the challenges of regeneration, decarbonization, and resilience. We will strengthen our core project management expertise, particularly in the urban development and planning sectors, while expanding our activities in programming, coordination, and sustainable planning. Additionally, we will grow our transformation and change management consulting services to assist new stakeholders in their ecological transition.
Furthermore, we will integrate ecological considerations into all our projects, both in France and internationally, by collaborating with other Group companies and enhancing our environmental focus, skills and methodologies.
